ARTIST NOTES: This painting irregular composition is inspired from Matisses Pink studio and the tonal palette is inspired by Turner who also painted the Heidelberg castle.The subject of the painting is inspired by Hopper who often painted lone female characters, deep in thought in empty rooms.

ARTIST BIO

Hello, 

I am a multidisciplinary artist with an interest for drawing, painting, collages, craft, and crafting sustainable wall hangings. My artistic foundation includes a BA in Creative Arts from Deakin University and a Diploma of Fine Art from Northern Beaches Tafe. To date, Ive showcased my work in 60 exhibitions, highlighted by an 8 week solo art show. Beyond exhibitions, Ive completed numerous commissions, ánd succesfully sold works through various retail outlets. Off the easel, I am an avid farmer, caring for many animals, inclding rescues and am an avid native tree line planter. Oh and I suck at guitaur but enjoy playing songs with no f chord.
